Dozier
Mr. Joseph W. Dozier has been an trial lawyer and mediator for more than 25 years. He has been representing clients in the areas of family law, personal injury, real estate, and criminal law, and estate planning. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1981.
Mr. Dozier holds a Bachelor's degree in History (1973) and a California Standard Elementary Teaching Credential (1974) from California State University Humboldt, in Arcata, California. He obtained his law degree (1981) from Western State University, in San Diego, California.
Mr. Dozier has also serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court since 1980 and has been a Hearing Officer of the City of Los Altos since 1997.
He is the member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Palo Alto Area Bar Association.
